SMART
PARTNERSHIP
The
SMART Partnership is a concept based on the principle that
"any economy is an integral whole with the general
infrastructure, business process and social responsibilities
all supporting each other". It is based on a deliberate
policy of co-operation with Government, the private sector,
labour, academia and media, aimed at transforming a country
into a WINNING NATION." Smart (Partnership) stands for
objectives which when pursued are Sustainable, Measurable,
Achievable, Realistic and Timely.
